Prayers & Miracles~

• Lord Jesus Christ, I acknowledge that this (name the specific area of sin) may be empowered by demons and evil spirits. If it is, I want nothing to do with them.
• Lord Jesus Christ I confess that you triumphed over these demons and evil spirits by the power of your shed blood that purchased forgiveness for all my sins and by your death, burial and resurrection that provided my new life in Christ.
• Lord Jesus Christ I ask that you send any demons and evil spirits away from me. Demon, in the name and authority of Jesus, I command you get away from me, now.
• Lord Jesus Christ I thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Please fill me anew with your Holy Spirit so that I will be empowered to live in obedience to you and freedom from sin and harassment.

Matthew 7:7-8 Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

James 4:2 You do not get things because you do not ask for them.

James 1:5 If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.

You must believe in the Lord, and all that he does, and you shall be rewarded.

Luke 15:10 That there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

John 5:14-15 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us – whatever we ask – we know that we have what we asked of him.

John 14:13-14 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Psalm 55:17 Evening and morning, and at noon, I will pray and cry aloud; and He shall hear my voice.

The Lord is always there for  you, even when you feel alone- prayer helps, but I am living proof of this.

Miracles~

• A miracle often denotes an event attributed to divine intervention; alternatively, it may be an event attributed to a miracle worker, saint, or religious leader.

• A miracle is sometimes thought of as a perceptible interruption of the laws of nature.
• Others suggest that God may work with the laws of nature to perform what people perceive as miracles.
• In casual usage, "miracle" is seen as any event that is statistically unlikely but beneficial, (such as surviving a natural disaster), or simply a "wonderful" occurrence, regardless of likelihood, such as a birth.
• Other miracles might be: survival of a terminal illness, escaping a life threatening situation or 'beating the odds'. Some coincidences may be perceived to be miracles.
• A miracle is a phenomenon not fully explained by known laws of nature, or an act by some supernatural entity or unknown, outside force.
• Many conservative religious believers hold that in the absence of a plausible, parsimonious scientific theory, the best explanation for these events is that they were performed by a supernatural being, and cite this as evidence for the existence of a god or gods.
• Some adherents of monotheistic religions assert that miracles, if established, are evidence for the existence of an omnipotent, omniscient, and benevolent God.
